Julie Davis is Global Chief Legal Officer of Taco Bell Corp., leading the law department and all ethics, integrity, and corporate compliance efforts. Julie also helps lead brand reputation initiatives to protect and support the brand. Most recently, she took the Taco Bell Foundation under her wing and plans to continue the Foundation’s growth to build confidence in more passionate young adults.
Before joining Taco Bell in 2013, Julie was a partner at Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP, where she was the lead defense counsel for single-plaintiff and class action employment cases.
Julie graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Psychology, before earning a J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, graduating in the top 1% of her class with high honors.
From 2007-2011, Julie was recognized as a “Southern California Rising Star” by Los Angeles Magazine. She has also written for multiple publications and books. The entire Legal Department recently received the 2019 “Best In House Legal Team” from the Orange County Business Journal.
As the Global Chief Financial Officer of Taco Bell, Leviathan leads the team that helps Taco Bell continue to evolve its economic model. He’s responsible for business planning and forecasting, strategic planning, marketing analysis, operations finance and franchise funding.
Leviathan joined Taco Bell in 2020, as a seasoned financial services, strategy, and operations executive with experience in retail, operations and food service. Most recently, Leviathan was Head of Strategic Development for the Consumer Bank at JP Morgan Chase & Co. In 2019, Leviathan was highlighted as one of The Network Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2019, Leviathan was featured on the cover of the magazine in the fall 2019 issue.
Leviathan graduated from Texas A&M University with a finance degree as a Foundation Excellence Scholar and earned MBA at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School where he was recognized as a Joseph Warton Fellow.
After five years in New York City, Leviathan now resides in Orange County, California. He’s an avid golfer and enjoys swimming, cycling, Antiques Roadshow, international travel and SEC football.
A native of Detroit, MI, Mike joined Taco Bell over 25 years ago as an Assistant General Manager in a local restaurant. With each day, Mike’s ability to develop high-performing cultures and deliver transformative results led him into a variety of leadership roles.
As President, Global Chief Operating Officer, Mike leads the performance and improvement of 7,000+ restaurants around the world. He and his team ensure that the customer experience, people development, brand standards and measures, and profitability come together to deliver World Class Operations in every restaurant. Mike is also responsible for Restaurant Development, which includes new concepts, restaurant expansion, and design, as well as Restaurant Excellence, which encompasses food operations, Back-of-House simplification, and future restaurant experience. Experiential elements, cutting edge technology, and a more community-centric atmosphere all serve as storytelling tools for the modern Taco Bell brand.
The rich experience and “people-first” leadership style Mike brings to the table helps ensure the voices of all restaurant teams and customers are represented. Mike continues to drive the team towards delivering an experience that exceeds expectations every day.
